The project led by concepts of diversity, inclusiveness, opening and cross-border, promote the construction work of characteristic Porcelain Town with innovation, creativity and creation, build it into a international-level branded town featuring “Porcelain creative design, cultural art communication, leisure experiences and tourism”, and become a forerunner area for cultural tourism innovation and the pilgrimage site for porcelain design maker, as well as a new blue sea for porcelain art and economy.





III. Project Background

Its core brand Gaochun Porcelain was established in 1958, is the largest porcelain corporate group in China with international competitiveness, whose products has become the porcelain serve for state banquet in APEC, G20 Summit, the Belt and Road conferences.



IV. Construction Conditions

The conceptual plan has been compiled and the land status within the region has almost adjusted with Wutai Highway, Provincial Road 123 cross it, general planning for transportation is under the way ,and it will set up converge points of Jiangsu-Anhui-Jiangxi Railway and Nanjing-Xuancheng Highway within the project site in the future.

Emerged with lakes, low-lying paddy fields surrounded with dikes, fisheries culture, slow-pace life, characteristic agriculture and other elements, culture is organically put into regional industry development to speed up updating from organic regional agriculture to leisure experience of agriculture and to actively forge a leisure Venice tourist village with characteristics of Gu Cheng lake to make a perfect tourist destination.



Ⅲ.Project Background

Covering an area of 10000 hectares, Gu Cheng lake is located on the west coast of Gu Cheng lake. It is the first project for Gu Cheng lake tourist resort. The traffic is very convenient, only 10 minutes away from the downtown.

At present, with 0.9 billion Yuan investment, basic infrastructure construction of landscape planting, road and bridge and public lavatory facility and others within this district shall be completed. Land has been basically adjusted to meet land requirement for projects.

Based on great resource pattern of excellent geographic location Gu Cheng lake, forests, mountains, low-lying paddy fields, dams, landing operation, distinct super-large leisure resort project including resort hotels, characteristic themed restaurants, sports parks are introduced. With the core of thousands of boats expo garden, the future city, Jiang Nan night city and other key projects, great tourist reception rooms are created.



Ⅲ.Project Background

Located on the east coast of Half Mountain lake small village, the planning area if 17.4m2, it is a under-developed area with nice environment, beautiful landscapes. Crowded by lakes and mountains, it enjoys exceptional advantage of half mountain and half lake resources. Industrial ruins are nearby with classic formations like European old castle types. It is surrounded by original fishing villages with remaining old village outlooks.

The newly built South road of Cittaslow Town is directly links to internected Yaxi Cittaslow Town. Infrastructures including project for prevention and control of geohazard, scenic area public restrooms construction will be completed in an all round way in 2017.
